REFUNDS, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Orders are generally processed within two business days of placing your order regardless of the shipping method you choose. Orders received after 2:00 pm EST may not be processed until the next business day, if in stock. Otherwise, products will be back ordered and shipped as soon as possible. Please contact us with any questions.

Defective/damaged items will be replaced with the exact same item only. All returns of defective/damaged items must be unused items and returned in its original packaging.

Paragliders are usually ordered to be manufactured so we can not accept returns on paragliders. The purchase will be final

(when we receive the payment the order is placed and can not be cancelled)

DVDs and Videos cannot be returned or exchanged. Defective/damaged DVDs or Videos will be replaced with the same title only.

Changing / Canceling Your Order may occur at any time prior to shipment, generally within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or canceled.

 

 

Refunds will be credited after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).

Shipping and Handling Fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Methods: We generally ship via the cheapest method depending on the size and weight (UPS or USPS).

For lightest item usps is cheaper and faster, for big item like wing, harnesses, UPS is Cheaper.

But you can request faster shipping methods with additional charge.

 

High priced items are shipped UPS ground with insurance and signature on delivery.

(We need delivery confirmation that you received the goods)
