Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: We are selling the top brand on the market. But if you are not satisfied with our product please call us for a return authorization. Any item has to be in perfect brand new condition, unused condition in the original box with all the paperwork for store credit or refund. The shipping cost is not refundable. Use a traceable courier with insurance for the return. The return cost and insurance is at your own expense and your responsibility.

A: Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times.
