Q: How can I pay?
A: We accept the following methods of payment:

Please ensure that your billing name is entered exactly as it appears on your card. For the protection of our customers, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.


Q: How do I check the status of my order or track a shipment?
A: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order will be shipped.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item?
A: We are selling the top brand on the market. But if you are not satisfied with our product please call us for a return authorization. Any item has to be in perfect brand new condition, unused condition in the original box with all the paperwork for store credit or refund. The shipping cost is not refundable. Use a traceable courier with insurance for the return. The return cost and insurance is at your own expense and your responsibility.

Q: Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to APO/FPO addresses. Orders to such addresses are not eligible for expedited shipping, and may take longer to arrive than the listed delivery times. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes levied on the delivery of their orders and for all charges related to returning products to Paraglidingequipment.com
